The first step to a new staircase with us is a free, no obligation home visit and design consultation with an experienced member of our team. We can show you painted material samples and photos of previous work we have conducted at other properties to show we’re the real deal! Before our work begins, we place dust sheets in the areas surrounding your staircase. Any adjustments to handrails, treads or balustrading take place under a canopy outside your home to prevent wooden shavings dropping inside. When our work is complete, we clean and hoover your hallway to leave your house in exactly the same condition when we leave as to when we enter. This is all part of our “Tidy Tradesman Guarantee”, with any leftover materials that cannot be used further recycled locally.
