When a staircase renovation was needed for the Nichols family in Essex, Abbott-Wade’s Nationwide service came to rescue.
“I would definitely have no problems with recommending Abbott-Wade to anyone who wanted to refurbish their staircase.”
Why a new staircase?
We recently bought a 1970’s built house and not much had been done with it over the years so we wanted to put our stamp on the place with a staircase renovation.
Inspiration:
We had seen wooden staircases in magazines.
Decision making process:
We had Abbott-Wade and one other company round, and whilst we want the product to be the best, we also need to like the people were dealing with. Colin came round in his Abbott-Wade uniform, no flashy suit, and instantly made us feel that he knew what he was talking about. He explained the background of the company and how it all got started and never once made any detrimental comments about competitors. We also read their staircase renovations guide.
Style choice:
The staircase looks fantastic. It is a real feature in the house now and has far exceeded our expectations. Lee and Ellis were very polite, friendly and professional and did a wonderful job.
End result:
I would definitely have no problems with recommending Abbott-Wade to anyone who wanted to refurbish their staircase.
