‘Why a new staircase?’
Our old staircase had wooden spindles covered in many coats of white gloss. The spindles were difficult to clean as dust accumulated in the angles.
‘Inspiration’
Abbott-Wade’s advert popped up on Facebook and the product looked so classy we decided to go ahead and update our stairs.
‘Decision Making Process’
The salesman didn’t give us any nonsense, just facts. He showed us samples, answered all our questions and talked us through all aspects of the fitting. He also gave us ideas we hadn’t thought about. He knew the product and which styles would suit our needs.
‘Style Choice’
Oak balustrades with embedded glass opened up our hallway and let in more light. It worked perfectly just as Stuart, our salesman said it would.
‘End Result’
It looks fantastic. We’re very pleased with it. The whole process from ordering to the finished job was faultless. I couldn’t recommend Abbott-Wade highly enough.
